Get your fudge on with this SKĪ high recipe! Creamy, smooth and loaded with vanilla. This is a must make holiday keto treat.
Peanut Butter Skī Fudge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup all natural, no sugar added peanut butter
1 cup powdered Swerve
1 package KETO//OS® MAX Vanilla SkĪ
Instructions:
1. Add butter and heavy whipping cream to a saucepan and cook on low until combined.
2. Add peanut butter, and continuously stir until melted.
3. Remove saucepan from heat.
4. Stir in Swerve and KETO//OS® MAX Vanilla SKĪ.
5. Pour mixture into an 8×8″ baking dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Place the baking dish in refrigerator until set.
7. Remove from pan and cut into 1” pieces.

Yes, it would! Any sugar substitute would work fine.

Made this tonight and it Tasted delicious! I would like to have it be firmer but not sure how to do that.
You could try to add a little cream cheese to it to make it more firm.
